Lobster Amuse Bouche
Creating an amuse bouche is usually incredibly complex. The idea of an amuse bouche is to entice the palate with one single bite that awakens and touches all the senses. It’s a big task and usually incorporates many elements. However, with this dish, I really wanted to keep it simple and let the flavors speak for themselves.
